Our recent stay at 11 Church Street was absolutely delightful. The cottage has a lovely view and is well situated, just a short walk into the center of town. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. Despite a few cobwebs, the house was warm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the bath, which provided a luxurious experience. The location was great, with plenty of nice cafes and pubs within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Whitby.
We did encounter a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The TV volume didn't work properly and was difficult to use, so we were unable to enjoy watching it.

The menu for breakfast could have been more diverse, offering a wider variety of options.

During our Christmas stay, we liked the spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen in the cottage. The rooms offered plenty of space for our family, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our festive meals. the location was key as it was just a short walk to a lovely café for breakfast and a couple of nice pubs. The proximity to the center of town, only a 10-minute walk away, was also a great advantage.
There were a few issues that affected our experience. the TV volume didn't work and despite reporting it, no solution was provided.

Great location near the harbor with beautiful sunset views. Comfortable beds and good-sized bedrooms. Close to cafes and pubs for breakfast and drinks.
Noisy neighbors with thin walls - could hear conversations, footsteps, and doors closing. Limited parking options - bumper to bumper roadside parking and difficulty finding a space at the nearby car park.

The property was immaculately clean and very comfortable, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere. The location was superb, with easy access to all the key attractions in the area. the view from the cottage was stunning and the rooms were spacious and well equipped.
There were a few minor maintenance issues that could use some attention, such as the faulty door knobs, sticky front door, and broken shower curtain. It would have been nice to have a small welcome package with some essentials like milk and biscuits upon arrival.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing! Just 10 minutes from the vibrant city center, with a lovely cafe and pubs nearby. The comfortable bed and good-sized bedrooms made it a super cozy stay. Despite the scorching hot weather, the house stayed pleasantly cool. The bath was pure bliss, and the sunset views over the harbor from the bedrooms were jaw-dropping. The owner provided excellent instructions throughout the stay. Plus, all the facilities and entertainment items like TV, radios, books, and games were top-notch. We would definitely choose to stay here again as it felt like a home away from home. The warmth of the house and proximity to all the places of interest made our vacation unforgettable. An absolutely delightful 2-bedroom property, ideally located just a short walk away from the city center.

My recent stay at 11 Church Street was a delightful experience. The location, right on the harbour, provided a stunning view and added to the charm of the property. The house itself was filled with homely touches and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the Gusto coffee machine to the Smart TV, every detail was taken care of. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with good quality pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The towels provided were also of excellent quality.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the noise from the shipyard and the rattling of the grid outside the front door, these were minor inconveniences that did not dampen our enjoyment of the property. Additionally, the presence of the neighboring property's noise and the bedding and towels left in the bottom of a wardrobe were slight nuisances, but did not significantly impact our stay.
